Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
  • Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed via the Shopify system or in writing (for B2B customers). Unconfirmed orders will not be processed.
  • Product Usage: Our exhaust pipes are designed for vehicle modification. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Liability Limitation: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use or installation.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by Chinese law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, or if unresolved, submitted to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
  • B2B Specific Terms: Custom orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Cancellations during production may incur fees for costs already incurred.
