Return Policy

At Jiangxi Guangfu Auto Parts Co., Ltd., we strive to ensure satisfaction for all our overseas customers:
  • Return Conditions: Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom-made exhaust pipes are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Return Process: Contact us (see "Contact Us") to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Refund Process: Upon verification, refunds for retail customers will be processed within 5-7 business days, and for B2B customers within 7-10 business days, credited to the original payment method.
  • Defects: If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will provide a free replacement or full refund and cover return shipping costs.
  • Note for B2B Customers: For bulk returns, please coordinate with us in advance to ensure smooth processing.
